Question : How long have the promoters been in Label Manufacturing?

Answer: The promoters started manufacturing labels in 1996. Since then they have grown into one of the best manufactures of custom pressure sensitive labels in India. Our production facility is located in Pune, just three hours drive from Mumbai and is a well planned 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility outfitted with the latest technology.

Question: What product types do you offer?

Answer: Some of the product types we offer are (a). Multicolor printed labels in both, role and sheet form, with U.V. Varnish in a maximum of 12 colors, (b) Induction Sealing Wads for plastic containers etc.

Question: Is there a minimum quantity of labels I have to purchase?

Answer: The minimum purchase quantity changes from job to job. There are a numbers of factors that determine this. Only after we have estimated the job to be printed can we indicate the minimum order that need to be printed.

Question: What is the turn- around time for label printing at RIPL?

Answer: Turn around time varies throughout the year. However, typical lead-time is about 7-10 business days after we receive the signed art proof.

Question: How does RIPL ship their printed labels?

Answer: There are a number of factors that decide the method of shipment
1) Size of the order.
2) Customer location.
3) Any specified request from the customer.

Question: Do you have a label catalog or label samples, which you can send me?

Answer: Yes, we can provide you a label catalogs & samples upon specific request.

Question: Do you have a local sales representative in my area?

Answer: RIPL has local sales personnel in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai, & the United States of America. If you are located near these cities and have a complex or high volume job, please feel free to contact us to set up an appointment.

Question: Does RIPL offer their labels in sheet form or roll form?

Answer: The labels will come on rolls or sheets as specified by you. The quantity you prefer on a roll can be discussed with you.

Question: How do I submit art files?

Answer: RIPL does have an FTP site however, file can also be sent via e-mail and if they are too large, a CD is preferred.

Question: What are pressure sensitive labels?

Answer: A pressure sensitive label is a material, which has an adhesive glue on the backing. When pressure is applied it will adhere to most surfaces.

Question: What are UV coated labels?

Answer: UV coated labels that have an aqueous finish put on them for some protection from the elements.

Question: What is the maximum amount of color that can be printed on label?

Answer: RIPL has presses that can print up to 12 colors without UV coating. However, 11 colors can be printed with a UV coating.

Question: Where is your plant located?

Answer: Pune, India.

Question: What is delivery Period?

Answer: 7 to 10 days.

Question:Do you export material to other countries?

Answer: Yes.

Question: How is material sent to other country?

Answer: By Air / Sea.

Question: Do you supply stationery labels –plain labels?

Answer: Laser & Inkjet Labels.

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: Should there be any defect arising out of Printing or colors, We need to be given a sample of this label for examination by our QC team. Upon their report, we may take back the material if necessary.

Question: What is Quality Control in your plant?

Answer: The material being checked at three stapes in the plant.
1) Incoming Raw materials. i.e. gum stock, ink, foil etc.
2) In process on the machine. i.e. printing, punching, slitting, etc.
3) Finish goods. i.e. all parameters being checked.
All equipments in laboratory are being calibrated periodically.
